Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary documents are on file for clients and maintain their accuracy.
  • Process daily work associated with your department, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account set-up and maintenance.
  • Handle routine and complex transactions accurately, timely, and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential problems.
  • Independently follow procedures to meet service level agreements and achieve quality metrics.
  • Learn, use, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
  • Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform various account reconciliations and calculations.
  • Calculate interest and dividend payments and process incoming contributions and outgoing distributions.
  • Maintain information on various databases and run reports to research information.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Open to new graduates.
