About The Position

As a Coordinator in Operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Operations team through proficient order prioritization and routing. You will provide assistance in all areas of the warehouse based on the needs of the location. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the company. You will be involved in various tasks that require attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the team by coordinating and managing documentation, identifying potential problems in processes, and working with the management team to resolve these issues. You will coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow, acting as a team lead on small or special projects. Additionally, you will manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished and oversee daily order and task production in our warehouse management system. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service that Wesco is known for.
