About the position

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the location by performing various administrative tasks. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operational processes and compliance with safety and security policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to the operations team.
  • Assist with checking out drivers, scheduling delivery changes, and DOT administrative tasks.
  • Print and distribute work picks and consolidated work picks.
  • Administer all phases of time clock management.
  • Maintain invoice records, the filing system, and post corrections.
  • Comply with operational safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to the Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of construction or building industry preferred.
