About the position

The Operations Coordinator position at PDS Tech Commercial is designed for a recent college graduate to support the PMO Operations Department in Houston, TX. This role involves performing administrative and office support tasks under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures while managing various reporting requirements for the United States Government. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine assignments as an entry-level professional under direct supervision.
  • Support Senior Operations Coordinator with administrative and office support activities.
  • Manage competing priorities to achieve goals in a multi-discipline team environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access).
  • Experience in Service Order / Customer Service and use of Maximo system preferred.
  • Experience in Basis of Estimate (BOE) development is a plus.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint system and Power BI.
  • Preferred BA or senior year college student.
