About the position

As an Operations Coordinator at Nutrien Ag Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our mission of Feeding the Future. This position involves a variety of tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, verifying, and processing orders, ensuring that all products are handled efficiently and accurately. Your role will also include removing products or inventory to and from large trucks, stacking, shelving, and maintaining an organized inventory based on need. This is vital for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their products in a timely manner. In addition to inventory management, you will be tasked with cleaning and sweeping the facility to maintain a safe and tidy work environment. You will prepare necessary documents, including bills of lading and shipment paperwork, which are essential for tracking and managing shipments. Blending products and performing mechanical work will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring a hands-on approach and attention to detail. You will maintain maintenance records to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are documented and addressed promptly. Assembling customer orders accurately and ensuring that all paperwork is in order and signed for is critical to our operations. You will also be expected to take on other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.
