The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting an office or team with various administrative tasks. This position works closely with the Operations Specialists and Operations Manager. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The Operations Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the department by coordinating various tasks and activities including answering calls and welcoming guests. This role is also responsible for the creation of shipping labels and managing content being shipped, as well as informing the team of mail and packages. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will assist in scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and projects, including training room arrangements. The position involves preparing and maintaining reports, presentations, and operational metrics, as well as assisting with resumes upon request. Inventory management is also a key responsibility, which includes ordering snacks and supplies. The Operations Coordinator will assist the Events Specialist and serve as a back-up to other Operations staff. The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year related work experience in professional services industry or similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
