Be part of our Circle. We empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best life. That is our mission—not only to those we serve, but to those we employ. This mutually shared sense of purpose drives our decisions and actions. Come as you are and achieve better lives as part of the St. Louis Arc family of individuals in this vital role. This is a full-time administrative in-office role with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule. Local travel to other St. Louis Arc worksites is occasionally required. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation, safety, and compliance of the St. Louis Arc's physical environment and fleet vehicles. You will coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for all Arc-owned or leased facilities, conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Collaboration with external vendors will be essential to ensure quality service delivery. Additionally, you will coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for all Arc-owned fleet vehicles, regularly assessing vehicles to identify and address potential issues. You will also enforce and educate on agency safety procedures to ensure a safe environment, manage key and card access to all Arc properties (including physical deployment of resources and management of the portal), and ensure regulatory safety exercises are completed at all relevant locations. Your responsibilities will include entering and tracking facility and fleet maintenance, maintaining an inventory of both business operations and safety supplies/equipment, managing co-working systems to best leverage Arc spaces, and managing the agency phone systems and resource deployment. We celebrate and empower your unique gifts and contributions. We will help you help others, and you will be embraced and uplifted in our inclusive circle of support. You will have a voice and the autonomy to put into action your ideas for doing your job better—and serve others better. Hands-on leadership will empower team member innovation, and you will have opportunities to learn and grow, plus benefits to support your personal and professional well-being—such as health insurance, retirement, and time off. Your work environment will consist of an office setting using Microsoft Office and standard office equipment with regular business hours Monday through Friday.
