Ameriship Parcel Delivery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Operations Coordinator. This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that packages are picked up, sorted, and delivered efficiently. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with various teams, including customer service and sales, to maintain smooth communication and operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess a valid driver's license, and have basic computer skills to manage daily tasks effectively. This position is based in Hialeah, Florida, and requires a commitment to working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, during the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely pickup of packages from customers, sorting and scanning these packages for tracking purposes, and maintaining clear communication with contractors and team members. Your ability to drive a box truck or van is crucial, as you will be required to transport packages as part of your daily duties.
