About the position

As an Operations Coordinator at B&H Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in the logistics sector, specifically within the Export Operations team. This position is designed for ambitious, recent graduates who are eager to develop their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. Reporting directly to the Station Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all export processes are completed in compliance with AEO regulations and procedures. Your role will involve managing shipments from start to finish, ensuring that excellent customer service is maintained at all times. In addition to operational responsibilities, you will also focus on maximizing profitability through proactive file management. This includes reviewing and identifying areas for improvement and maintaining strong customer relationships alongside relevant departments. You will be expected to adhere to B&H Worldwide's company processes and standard operating procedures, ensuring that company KPIs are met while proactively managing operational files. Accounting duties will also be part of your role, where you will ensure that all billing is carried out promptly and accurately, monitoring the input of purchase costs into the system for precise billing and profit reporting. You will also be responsible for responding to customer quotations in a timely manner, depending on their requirements. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a sound knowledge of export processes, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring export processes are completed in compliance with AEO regulations and procedures.
  • Completing shipments from start to finish while ensuring excellent customer service.
