About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Cels Enterprise Inc. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations between the Los Angeles headquarters and the Las Vegas distribution warehouse. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable processes for receiving, processing, and shipping products, particularly in the footwear industry. The position requires strong collaboration with various departments and the ability to implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and coordinate with LA headquarters and Las Vegas warehouse.
  • Build and execute logistic strategies for the footwear business.
  • Report daily to leadership on operations processes, shipment, and inventory.
  • Maintain continuous collaboration with all departments to ensure shipping and inventory processes are successfully executed.
  • Develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with leadership, warehouse, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring supplies are available for processing and products are correctly stored and shipped on-time.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Provide, read reports and summarize conclusions drawn from data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in distribution operations.
  • Experience in the footwear industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read reports and summarize conclusions drawn from data.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing workflow planning strategies based on short-term and long-term demand forecasts.
  • Track record of having managed and implemented new systems and operational infrastructure to support growth and efficiency.
  • Proficient in the use of SAP software, Excel, Google, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
