The Global Audio Visual Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the workflow, on-site materials, and the daily activities of the company. This position requires you to thrive in an office environment while supervising multiple schedules and supporting various level leaders and their associated teams simultaneously. The operations role encompasses everything related to the on-the-ground show running, including client calls for onsite jobs, recruiting AV technicians, managing inbound and outbound warehouse calls, truck rentals, transportation for technicians, hotel room rentals, purchasing office supplies and tech equipment, renting equipment from other AV companies, placing technicians on shows, sending out purchase order information to technicians working the next day, overseeing warehouse functionality, maintaining inventory, receiving and organizing warehouse mail, confirming technician hours the day after their event, and scheduling internal employee breaks.
