Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for creating subscriptions and invoices, assisting with financial functions for local properties, and maintaining database information and updates. Other duties include managing multiple phone lines, maintaining organized files, reviewing documents, and working effectively within a team environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Good organizational abilities and experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel are also essential for success in this role.
