About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Fern Expo is responsible for overseeing all operational and administrative functions within the office, ensuring smooth operations and providing onsite support at various tradeshows. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The position involves daily payroll responsibilities, processing invoices, and assisting with travel arrangements, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all operational and administrative functions of the office.
  • Handle daily payroll responsibilities, including entry of union/nonunion labor hours into the system.
  • Respond to payroll questions from laborers.
  • Process branch invoices in MetaViewer and coordinate payment with accounting.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Provide onsite support at various tradeshows.
  • Assist the travel department with all travel arrangements.
  • Travel to other cities for onsite support as needed (10-20% travel).
  • Perform any other duties required.
