About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Reworld plays a crucial role in supporting the operations team by facilitating customer service functions and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This position involves managing customer data, invoicing, and providing administrative support while interacting with clients and internal teams to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between Client Services and the TSDF.
  • Scan and index all manifests into EBE and send to E-Manifest for EPA compliance.
  • Store reports and spreadsheets on OneDrive and share access with internal customers.
  • Communicate with the Director of Operations regarding customer service issues and discrepancies.
  • Track daily volumes received and provide totals to the team.
  • Track and enter Purchase Orders for disposal, transportation, and supplies.
  • Schedule inbound/outbound loads and drivers for pickups.
  • Order supplies for the business unit.
  • Track and update branch expenditures and costs daily.
  • Perform data entry for approved la/QA for billing preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and provide administrative support to the Director of Operations.
  • Receive inbound tankers and drums into EW and print labels and QA sheets.
  • Review loads for DOT and waste code accuracy before delivery to TSDF.
  • Print manifests and labels for outbound loads.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office management and/or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating spreadsheets and generating reports.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
