About the position

The Operations Coordinator will provide support for the operations team through organizing paperwork, adjusting for credits due to overage, shortage, and damage, posting, scanning, and filing any of the previous day's delivery and transfer paperwork. They will also analyze and complete the OS&D spreadsheet weekly. The coordinator will amend agency orders, print clean invoices, and create driver packets based on the Master File Preload to be handed off to Transportation nightly before leaving. Additionally, they will report the evening totals from the pass down in the Performance Tracker on the O drive. Any waste pallets should be processed out during the shift in a timely manner, and inventory tickets created for any lost product on an amended AOR. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain departmental paperwork and reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree, or a minimum of five years work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with others.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Proficiency with receiving, order selection, and shipping procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or over.
