As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will be responsible for managing business operations and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. This role involves utilizing your degree to develop solutions for both consumer and commercial customers, while also gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, finance, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver's license is required, with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.
