About the position

The Operations Coordinator at RESA Power LLC is responsible for supporting the operational functions of the location, focusing on profitability and efficiency. This role involves graphic design and desktop publishing tasks, particularly in creating and revising labels for electrical equipment, while also mentoring the workforce and implementing growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-house graphic design and desktop publishing for recreating labels for electrical equipment.
• Redesigns or revises existing labels to support new part numbers and industry regulations.
• Documents changes between revisions of documents.
• Maintains a database of label files.
• Collaborates with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop correct labels and layouts for equipment.
• Coordinates printing approvals with external print vendors if needed.
• Provides design and desktop publishing support for other company needs as they arise.
• Manages all media assets, including hardware and software.
• Cultivates and maintains customer relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Ensures projects are completed timely and meet budget, productivity, and quality goals.
• Works with Manager to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Prepares a variety of reports as assigned.
• Observes all safety rules and best practices.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FrameMaker, and Acrobat.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
