About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Broadway National Group plays a crucial role in managing incoming inquiries, coordinating services, and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients in the property management sector. This position is essential for ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service across various industries, including tech, retail, and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving all incoming call inquiries, creating work orders, and dispatching all work orders
  • Coordinating daily services with vendors, facility managers, customers, and technicians
  • Obtaining cost estimates from vendors and reviewing with account management
  • Following up with clients and projects daily
  • Maintaining high profile customer relationships through phone and email correspondences
  • Assisting the billing department as needed
  • Managing all aspects of each job and taking accountability for each service provided

Requirements

  • Associate's degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Demonstrate customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Pro-active, organized & detail oriented

Nice-to-haves

  • National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
