The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Distribution Center in Hollywood, FL. This full-time position involves a blend of office and warehouse tasks, requiring strong data entry skills and the ability to handle clerical duties while also engaging in warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and filing tasks.
  • Process returns and handle some phone work.
  • Engage in warehouse activities as needed.
  • Manage priorities independently and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Clerical/data entry experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.
  • Reception experience is beneficial.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional early starts at 7:30 am.
