About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Vector Security is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling service appointments and managing technician schedules. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service appointments with customers to maintain efficiency and proper routing.
  • Utilize software to select appropriate technicians and document travel requirements.
  • Ensure necessary parts are available to maintain service levels.
  • Manage technician schedules throughout the day.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve arising issues.
  • Engage with customers via phone to identify equipment issues and determine appropriate resolutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of office setting and customer service experience
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Above average computer skills, including typing a minimum of 35 wpm with high accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Superior organizational skills with a high degree of detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and courteous interaction with people at all levels.
