About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Reworld plays a crucial role in supporting the operations team by facilitating seamless communication and customer service functions. This position involves managing customer data, ensuring accurate invoicing, and providing administrative support to the Director of Operations. The coordinator will handle various tasks including documentation for accounting, customer queries, and managing inbound and outbound communications.

Responsibilities

  • Client Services communication between the CSS and the TSDF.
  • Scan all manifest then index them into EBE and send to E-Manifest for EPA compliance.
  • Store all reports and excel spreadsheets on OneDrive and share access with internal customers.
  • Communicate with the Director of Operations and others regarding customer service issues discrepancies, QA/QC, or errors of omission.
  • Track daily volume(s) received and provide daily, weekly, and monthly totals to the team.
  • Track and enter Purchase Orders as necessary for Disposal, transportation, Safety PPE supplies.
  • Schedule Inbound/Outbound loads into the TSDF and schedule drivers to pick up loads.
  • Order supplies for the business unit, including but not limited to general office supplies, chemicals, materials, etc.
  • Data entry for approved la/QA to get ready for billing.
  • Manage outgoing and incoming mail, filing, fax, ordering of supplies, and providing administrative support to Director of Operations.
  • Receive all inbound tankers and drums loads into EW. Print labels and QA sheets for WH to label and pull samples.
  • Review all loads to make sure DOT and waste codes are correct before they are delivered to the TSDF.
  • Print manifest and labels for all Outbound loads going out of the TSDF.
  • Print manifest, labels and provide diamonds and placards when required for scheduled loads picked up by Intergulf drivers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
  • Associated degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office management and/or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating spreadsheets and generating reports.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
