In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch, which includes maintaining inventories, conducting physical inventories, and ensuring the location's appearance meets our standards. You will work closely with vendors and the Ferguson shared services division to resolve pricing discrepancies and facilitate customer credit memos accurately. Additionally, you will oversee the facilities to provide a safe and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established safety standards and policies. Your role will also involve implementing operational efficiency improvements, which may include standardizing systems, enhancing quality control, and improving customer satisfaction. You will review customer invoices for accuracy in pricing, costing, and freight billing, ensuring that all operations align with company guidelines.
