About the position

The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that workflows across various departments are smooth and efficient. This position requires a highly organized individual who can work independently while managing multiple tasks to support the operational goals of the organization. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing operational activities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. This includes assisting in coordinating schedules, meetings, and events to enhance team productivity. In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Coordinator will track and maintain records related to inventory, supplies, and equipment. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting the fleet of cars by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and necessary documentation. The coordinator will also coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining accurate records and documentation for various operational activities. The Operations Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures aimed at improving operational efficiency. Generating reports on operational performance and providing recommendations for improvements will also be part of the role. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to address any operational issues that may arise. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
