Responsibilities

  • Complete required reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine assignments as an entry-level professional under direct supervision.
  • Support Senior Operations Coordinator with various administrative and coordination activities.
  • Manage competing priorities to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access).
  • Experience in customer service and use of Maximo system preferred.
  • Experience in Basis of Estimate (BOE) development is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience with SharePoint system and Power BI.
  • Candidates in their senior year of college are also considered.
