About the position

As an Operations Coordinator at Avalon Urgent Care, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while providing exceptional customer support and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and front desk assistance
  • Manage and type correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
  • Maintain computer literacy to handle various software applications
  • Organize and file important documents for easy retrieval
  • Assist with personal assistant duties as needed
  • Utilize bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite for managing tasks and schedules

Requirements

  • Experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, & Finance
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Healthcare/Hospitality
  • 1 year of customer service experience
