About the position

We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator who will play a crucial role in providing the highest quality customer experience to both our external and internal customers. This position is based in Lancaster, PA, and is essential for scheduling service appointments efficiently and effectively. The Senior Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing complex service and installation appointments, ensuring that all customer needs are met while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically to coordinate service calls that satisfy both customers and branch offices. Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are critical for success in this role. The Senior Operations Coordinator will utilize various software tools to select appropriate technicians, document travel requirements, and ensure that necessary parts are available to maintain service levels. In this role, you will manage technician schedules throughout the day, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities

  • Schedule more complex service appointments and installation appointments with customers to maintain efficiency and proper routing.
  • Utilize software for selecting appropriate technicians and documenting any travel required.
  • Ensure necessary parts are available to maintain appropriate service levels.
  • Manage technician schedules throughout the day.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office setting customer service experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Above average computer skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy while talking.
  • Must be able to navigate within multiple systems while speaking with customers.
  • Superior organizational skills, with a high degree of detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people at all levels.
