About the position

The Operations Coordinator at pūrlisse Beauty Inc. will oversee day-to-day operations, manage relationships with external partners, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires analytical skills to enhance operational efficiency and is based in Los Angeles, CA, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional operational support and work collaboratively with all external partners (3PL and retailers) to build strong and accountable relationships.
  • Assist in supply chain management with 3PL and retail partners (QVC, Nordstrom, Amazon, Costco, new partners).
  • Manage freight of inventory from domestic and international suppliers and track/document all updates and legal supports, managing inventory documentation to ensure shipments are on time and received in full.
  • Manage product inventory to ensure new sku's are added and adequate stock levels are maintained with 3PL and retailers.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures, maintain inventory accuracy, and support inventory age analysis with 3PL to ensure all products meet shelf-life requirements.
  • Support DTC/B2B shipping processes and analyses to ensure orders are placed and sent on time and in full, providing all packing supplies and details as needed.
  • Own and oversee the creation and tracking of PO's and packing slips, ensuring shipments are on time and received in full and invoices are paid, following up when necessary.
  • Support B2B processes and assist with onboarding of new retail partners.
  • Address and resolve order-related issues, including shipping and product defects.
  • Support marketing with the operational aspects of marketing initiatives such as inventory updates and product requests.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, responding and following up to requests quickly and accurately.
  • Provide support with ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Export Documentation, Customer Follow-up
  • Lead and execute all aspects of inventory management, including receiving shipments, managing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock flow in and out of the 3PL warehouse.
  • Ensure that all items are tagged with the correct UPCs, and that accurate data is recorded at the POS to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies during sales and reporting.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy, proactively addressing any discrepancies to prevent future stock issues.
  • Oversee the inventory management system for the store and lead system updates, ensuring full compliance with company standards and alignment across the Retail Division.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and supporting clients on inventory-related matters, including training, SOP compliance, and best practices.
  • Check new arrivals for defects and ensure returned merchandise is thoroughly inspected for discrepancies, damages, or other issues before restocking.
  • Accurately manage and record all stock movements, including damages, stock ins/outs, TOs, POs and gifting, to maintain precise inventory levels and proper documentation.
  • Perform regular stock checks and monitor inventory levels, utilizing software programs to track stock efficiently. Cin 7.
  • Support the Retail Stores and clients with stocks and operational expectations to ensure consistency and alignment across the division.
  • Assist with the rollout and execution of full-store inventories, including travel to support inventory operations across various locations.
  • Export support for overseas customers and follow up.
