About the position

K-Solv Wash is a network of tank cleaning, maintenance, and industrial services offering comprehensive inspections, testing, and repairs for various industries. We service a variety of bulk containers, including Tank Trailers, IBC/Totes containers, ISO containers, Roll-off containers, and FRAC Tanks. We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as an Operations Coordinator who will provide customer service and work as a liaison to ensure the smooth and efficient management of work order fulfillment. This position includes managing clerical tasks and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally. All work will be performed in accordance with Company policies and procedures. As an Operations Coordinator, you will greet and check in customers as they arrive at the facility to drop off tanks and other equipment for cleaning. You will verify and record all relevant details, including equipment type, condition, and special cleaning requirements. Additionally, you will direct drivers to the appropriate area for unloading and ensure they are aware of the estimated completion time. Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and courteously is also a key part of your role. You will communicate with customers, providing updates on the status of their equipment, and monitor the progress of cleaning jobs, communicating any delays or issues to customers and management. You will also be responsible for directing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests to leadership, completing and maintaining all necessary documentation, including work orders, equipment logs, and cleaning reports. Ensuring that all records are accurate, up-to-date, and filed according to company standards is crucial. You will prepare and submit reports to management on operational metrics, including equipment processed, customer feedback, and any issues encountered. Maintaining organized and up-to-date office files, including job files, vendor files, and other relevant documentation, is essential. Upholding company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, safety, and security, is a fundamental aspect of this position. You may also assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Previous operational support or similar experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
