About the position

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an Operations Coordinator in Framingham, MA. This is a temporary opportunity that involves a variety of responsibilities centered around Security Integration Engagement activities. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating security-related tasks and communications within the organization. Your primary duties will include assigning, logging, and following up on incoming requests related to security integration, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for managing several mailboxes, including the EISG Mailbox, which handles SIG reviews, incidents, and questions. You will also oversee the Privacy Mailbox, dealing with PIA requests and awareness opportunities, as well as forwarding orders and opt-outs to the appropriate support mailbox. Additionally, you will manage the Security Integration mailbox, responding to questions and collaborating with team members to assign the appropriate resources to address customer and requestor inquiries. Another key aspect of your role will involve maintaining the PCI dashboard, which includes gathering transactional history from Lines of Business (LOBs) and tracking the completion of Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs) and Reports on Compliance (RoC). You will be responsible for filing SAQs with the appropriate parties, such as banks and processors, and following up on miscellaneous items as needed. Training coordination is also a significant part of this position. You will be tasked with scheduling training rooms, sending notifications and reminders, and tracking follow-up items from training events. Furthermore, you will assist with coordination efforts involving eLearning and Talent Track teams. In terms of awareness initiatives, you will update Hub pages and communities with current policies and references, refresh security and privacy reference materials, and manage the distribution of quarterly posters to various locations. You will also assist with scheduling events and tracking the awareness calendar to ensure that all activities are well-organized and communicated effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assigning, logging, and following up on incoming requests related to Security Integration Engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Excel, including the ability to work with Pivot Tables.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Security experience is a plus.
