The Operations Coordinator role is integral to the business operations within a branch location or multiple branch locations. This position involves providing leadership for the organization's customer-facing associates and branch functions. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization's branches, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires adherence to established standards and procedures, with a focus on delivering quality service and operational efficiency. In this position, you will be expected to maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, and ensure the location's appearance is up to standard. You will work closely with vendors and the Ferguson shared services division to resolve pricing discrepancies and facilitate customer credit memos accurately. Additionally, you will oversee the facilities to provide a safe and well-maintained work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies. The Operations Coordinator will also participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
