About the position

Top Lock Locksmiths & Security is a national leader in the provision of commercial and automotive locksmith sales, service, and installation. Our clients include high-end luxury retailers, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and additional commercial office spaces. In addition to nationwide commercial services, Top Lock provides daily automotive key services to companies with high volume vehicle fleets. We are excited to announce that we are presently hiring Operations Coordinators to join our growing team. Top Lock proudly offers career development and opportunities to grow with us. Prior experience in locksmith or facility management is helpful but not required. The hired candidate will receive on-the-job, hands-on, one-on-one training with an experienced team member who provides mentorship to the new hire. Once training is completed, the Operations Coordinator will be expected to manage various responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of our services and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with account representatives and provide clear, concise, and accurate job status reports.
  • Ensure that assigned accounts are kept up to date with the progress of work orders and provide feedback and answer account representative questions.
  • Obtain scope of work requests from clients and use company software and procedures to generate work orders with all required information.
  • Dispatch work orders to the correct technician or business partner and keep track of the progress of assigned invoices.
  • Remain in contact with business partners assigned our work and ensure that our work is scheduled and prioritized as necessary, and completed to, or above Top Lock's standards.
  • Troubleshoot through communication difficulties experienced both with our business partners and clients individually and collaboratively.
