The Operations Coordinator at Interwest Electric is responsible for managing daily operations within the electrical services team. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within the electrical services team.
• Demonstrate proficiency in bidding software and manage the entire bidding process.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new bidding software solutions.
• Continuously assess and optimize bidding processes for efficiency.
• Efficiently manage and dispatch incoming calls to appropriate team members.
• Collect and log incoming leads from various sources accurately.
• Coordinate with business owners to create and maintain daily and weekly work schedules for field technicians.
• Participate in job walks to assess project needs and gather necessary information for estimates.
• Prepare and present accurate job estimates based on site assessments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to vendors and customers to confirm details and provide updates.
• Generate and manage invoices for completed jobs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with experience in commercial, industrial, or residential projects, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
• Valid Driver's License required.
