About the position
Join our dynamic team at Ameriship Parcel Delivery as a Part-Time Operations Coordinator! This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our parcel delivery services in Tampa, Florida. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our operations. The position requires you to work part-time, with a schedule of 25-30 hours per week, primarily from Monday to Friday, between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with the possibility of working on Saturdays as needed. In this role, you will be involved in the pickup of packages from customers, sorting and scanning these packages to ensure they are processed correctly. Effective communication is key, as you will be liaising with contractors, customer service representatives, the sales team, and upper management through phone and email. Your ability to manage these interactions will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency.
