The Operations Data Analyst position at Stanford Health Care is a full-time role that supports various operational and patient service initiatives within the organization. This involves evaluating output requirements and formats to improve departmental processes, policies, and procedures. The analyst will recommend modifications based on current practices and will be responsible for identifying problems and writing improved procedures for program and project controls. Collaboration is key in this role, as the analyst will work with project teams to define project requirements, establish budgets, and monitor project progress. This includes tracking activities, resolving issues, and publishing progress reports. The analyst will also maintain departmental processes by writing and updating policies and procedures, providing help desk support, and training users. Additionally, the role involves preparing IMS reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data, volume data, and quality and safety metrics. The analyst will contribute to team efforts by performing various analyses, developing and maintaining databases, and providing business operations support. They will also coordinate patient-related services, offering information and support to help patients navigate the Stanford Health Care system. The position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
