As an Operations Data Analyst at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations by partnering with various departments across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inefficiencies in the business by supporting teams in scoping, analyzing, and monitoring key financial and utilization metrics that align with our organizational goals. This position requires you to collaborate independently with stakeholders to define critical questions, scope analyses, and deliver actionable results. You will also be expected to present your findings both internally and externally, contributing to our mission of reducing medical waste and providing more affordable, high-quality healthcare for our members. In this role, you will be part of a blended work culture that emphasizes connection and collaboration, regardless of whether you are working remotely or in one of our offices located in New York City, Tempe, or Los Angeles. If you reside within a commutable distance to these offices, you will be required to come in at least two days a week. Otherwise, this position allows for remote work, provided you live in one of the specified states. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency of Oscar, and you will report to the Senior Manager of Operations Intelligence, ensuring that your analyses and insights contribute to the overall success of the organization.
