About the position

The People / Recruiting Operations Data Analyst will play a vital role in driving data-driven decisions within the organization. This position focuses on leveraging analytical skills to uncover insights, optimize processes, and enhance employee experiences through effective data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and integrate data from various sources, including HRIS systems, ATS, and other relevant databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through data cleaning and validation processes.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights into recruiting and workforce data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and tailor reports accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve people operations processes through data-driven insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and streamline workflows.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast workforce trends, identify potential risks, and anticipate future needs.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and AI, to gain deeper insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Behavioral Science or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in people analytics or HR analytics.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning and AI.
