The Operations Data Analyst plays a crucial role in extracting and analyzing operations data to support leadership and respond to ad hoc data requests. This position is responsible for maintaining operations tools and databases, ensuring they are up to date and functional. The analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance operational metric database tools that serve the broader analytics teams. A key aspect of this role is identifying and addressing gaps in data requirements and accessibility, which is essential for providing fast and consistent responses to leadership inquiries. In this role, the analyst will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of data processing and analysis techniques. They will utilize various statistical tools to analyze data and develop ad hoc reports, statistics, trends, and profiles. Clear and actionable data analyses will be communicated to clients, ensuring that insights are easily understood and applicable to their needs. The Operations Data Analyst will manage standard, routine data analysis projects with limited supervision, overseeing the process from the initial request to the presentation of data results. This includes ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The analyst will also manage standard data extracts and list pulls, ensuring the accuracy of the data being transferred to various analysts to support operational analysis efforts. Collaboration with other Data Management Analysts will be essential for processing and analyzing data, as well as reporting findings. Additionally, the analyst will create automated data routines and processes for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data manipulation and cleansing.
