About the position

The Operations Digital Analyst will serve as a crucial liaison between the Unaccompanied Minor Division teams and the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), focusing on the integration of digital technologies into daily operations. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of digital innovation, facilitating change management, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The Operations Digital Analyst will collaborate closely with the DTO team to manage and execute a data-driven agenda for the Unaccompanied Minors Division. This involves examining the performance of program operations, analyzing key performance indicators, and providing insights that support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. In addition to these responsibilities, the Operations Digital Analyst will actively contribute to the development of the analytics community at Southwest Key Programs (SWK) by coaching internal team members and participating in external events. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding and communicating digital strategies, initiatives, and tools to the Business Operations team. The analyst will provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, helping them adopt and utilize digital technologies effectively. As a change agent, the Operations Digital Analyst will promote a positive attitude towards digital transformation within the Unaccompanied Minors Division. This includes developing and implementing strategies to facilitate the adaptation of new digital processes and technologies, conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance digital literacy, and creating training materials and documentation to support ongoing learning and development. The analyst will also gather feedback from team members on digital tools and processes, providing insights to the DTO for continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for streamlining operations through digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) to understand and communicate digital strategies, initiatives, and tools to the Business Operations team.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members in adopting and utilizing digital technologies effectively.
  • Act as a change agent by fostering a positive attitude towards digital transformation within the Unaccompanied Minors Division.
  • Develop and implement strategies to facilitate the adaptation of new digital processes and technologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance digital literacy within the Unaccompanied Minors Division team.
  • Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and resources to support ongoing learning and development.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Unaccompanied Minors Division team and the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Foster collaboration and information sharing related to digital initiatives across the Unaccompanied Minors Division Team.
  • Gather feedback from team members on digital tools and processes and provide insights to the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining operations through digital solutions and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • Maintain, audit, and monitor current data systems - Efforts to Outcomes, Point Click Care, Tableau ServiceNow, Oracle, and/or other data systems - in accordance with applicable guidelines.
  • Provide interactive workshops and live training initiatives to provide guidelines on access, data analysis, and visualization to internal staff, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project plans for new data and analytics projects and proactively manage timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or data analytics, and/or four (4) years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with data systems such as Efforts to Outcomes, Tableau, ServiceNow, Point Click Care is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to peers, customers, and management.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of making effective and timely decisions.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
