About the position

The Operations Director for Children's Therapeutic Services at Easterseals NH is responsible for leading and overseeing the program's financial and operational performance. This role involves collaborating with various leadership teams to ensure operational efficiency, financial success, and high-quality services. The director will manage quality improvement efforts, oversee program performance metrics, and engage with key stakeholders to enhance community outreach and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership to the Children's Therapeutic Services (CTS) Program by collaborating with the CTS Leadership Team and the Early Childhood Leadership Team.
  • Oversee and lead integration efforts in the CTS Program that align with strategic planning initiatives.
  • Manage quality improvement efforts to ensure high-quality services are provided to all clients.
  • Oversee and manage analytical dashboards to provide comprehensive oversight of program performance and budgets.
  • Provide strong relationship management to key stakeholders of the CTS Program and assist Directors with complex consumer concerns.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and supervise therapeutic leaders and operational support staff.
  • Develop, implement, and revise CTS policies and procedures to improve operational and quality standards.
  • Engage in additional funding sources by applying for grants and managing their performance.
  • Ensure all CTS Program Sites operate within applicable state requirements and accreditation agency standards.
  • Assist CTS Leadership and Staff with staffing coverage and program solution management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Human Services, Organization Development/Leadership, Business or related field with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial oversight of multiple work units and leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, project management, and business writing skills are required.
  • Experience in the early childhood education field is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
