About the position

The Operations Director for Digital Marketing at ServiceNow plays a critical role in supporting the VP of Digital Marketing by providing strategic insights, facilitating communication, and driving operational efficiency within the digital marketing organization. This position is essential for ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives and achieving departmental goals, making it a pivotal part of ServiceNow's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations to understand departmental vision and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, and workshops to drive alignment and special projects.
  • Foster collaboration between the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of reporting and provide quality control for executive-level presentations.
  • Lead and oversee key projects within the Digital Marketing organization, defining scope and managing resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on strategic planning, operations, or project management.
  • 12+ years of overall experience.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in operations is essential.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement within a marketing organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Prior experience across tech or consulting is a plus.
