About the position

The Operations Director, Digital Marketing for DASO at ServiceNow is a strategic role focused on enhancing operational efficiency within the digital marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Scaled Marketing, this position collaborates closely with the VP of Digital Marketing to drive key initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure effective communication across teams. The role is pivotal in achieving departmental goals and supporting the overall success of ServiceNow's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations to understand departmental vision and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Digital Marketing organization.
  • Run QBRs, All Hands, Leadership Meetings, Offsites, and Workshops, while driving special projects and global alignment.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between the digital marketing team and other departments.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of reporting and provide quality control for executive-level audiences.
  • Lead and oversee key projects within the Digital Marketing organization, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on strategic planning, operations, or project management.
  • 12+ years of overall experience.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in Operations is essential.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement within a marketing organization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Prior experience across tech or consulting is a plus.
