About the position

The Operations Director for Digital Marketing at ServiceNow will play a critical role in supporting the VP of Digital Marketing by driving operational efficiency, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives within the digital marketing organization. This position requires strategic partnership, project management, and performance tracking to achieve departmental goals and enhance the overall effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Digital Marketing Strategy and Operations to understand departmental vision and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Run QBRs, All Hands, Leadership Meetings, Offsites, and Workshops, while driving special projects and global alignment.
  • Foster effective collaboration between the digital marketing team and other departments.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of reporting and provide quality control for executive-level audiences.
  • Lead and oversee key projects within the Digital Marketing organization, defining scope and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on strategic planning, operations, or project management.
  • 12+ years of overall experience.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, platforms, and technologies.
  • Prior experience as a Chief of Staff or in Operations is essential.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Prior experience across tech or consulting is a plus.
