About The Position
The Operations & Doctrine Analyst position at the Department of Defense involves acting as a technical expert in weapons, sensors, and combat systems to ensure the operational readiness of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) technology. The role includes leading efforts to integrate technical capabilities, tracking capability improvements, conducting research for developmental air and missile defense capabilities, and leading the Fleet Integration Team to incorporate end-user feedback into surface combat system development.
