About the position

The Operations Enablement Specialist at Freeman Company plays a vital role in supporting the Operations Enablement team by optimizing processes, systems, and business solutions to enhance operational efficiencies and drive value growth. This position involves collaboration with various departments to identify productivity blockers and implement solutions aligned with the Operations function's goals. The role is crucial for managing documentation, assisting in system administration, and developing training materials, all while supporting transformative projects across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members on projects and initiatives as needed.
• Organize, maintain, and audit documentation published on the department's intranet and cloud-based applications.
• Assist in the administrative duties of work management (Smartsheet), content management (Microsoft SharePoint), and learning management (EdApp) systems.
• Assist team in developing training materials for existing and new processes and tools to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Provide administrative support to team members such as coordinating meetings, preparing presentation decks, and reports as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams to facilitate communication, coordination, and execution of administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Project coordination skills to support activities, set priorities, manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to learn quickly to adopt new systems and technologies.
• Highly organized and able to propose and develop systematic approaches to managing information.
• Excellent communication skills to work with individuals across all levels of the organization and training others.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and the ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making.
