About the position

The Operations Excellence Consultant will play a crucial role in the Asset Lifecycle Solutions team at Technip Energies, focusing on enhancing the operability, reliability, and maintainability of facilities during production operations. This position involves developing and implementing asset management strategies, reliability and maintenance KPIs, and providing technical expertise to optimize maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Reliability, Maintainability, and overall Asset Management Strategies and implementation plans during various project phases.
  • Develop Reliability and Maintenance KPIs and analyze their effectiveness.
  • Conduct FMEA to determine condition monitoring and predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Work with Client Operations and Maintenance teams to strategize and develop Condition-based Monitoring (CBM) and Predictive maintenance (PdM) strategies.
  • Lead or participate in Equipment Criticality Assessments, Critical Spares Analyses, and Root Cause Analyses.
  • Implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system and facilitate handover to Clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures and evaluating equipment reliability.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their facilities maintenance to meet compliance targets for Safety Critical Equipment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in oil & gas and renewable energy.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on operations/maintenance experience.
  • B.Sc. or equivalent degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of standards related to Asset Management and reliability & maintenance data, such as ISO 55000 Series & ISO 14224.
  • Experience in setting up and managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, Maximo, etc.).
  • Thorough understanding of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, CBM, RBM, and FMECA.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and intercultural skills.
  • Strong HSE focus and familiarity with HSE regulations.
  • Ability to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders.
