About the position

The Operations Field Analyst at Services For The Underserved, Inc. is a full-time role focused on supporting the technical infrastructure of the agency. The position involves on-site visits to various office locations across New York City to deliver, install, and troubleshoot technical issues. The analyst will work closely with the IT Team, reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations, and will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining Active Directory, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices and applications.

Responsibilities

• Visit various SUS office locations throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC to deliver, install and troubleshoot on-site technical issues.
• Provide technical support to users throughout the agency related to specific hardware and application issues.
• Maintain Active Directory by adding users and changing passwords.
• Track issues via the department tracking system.
• Support standard desktop applications including MS Office and MS Windows.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and email messages for support when not visiting locations.

Requirements

• Driver's license and comfortable driving a company vehicle.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred in a related field.
• 1-2+ years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with general end user device and wiring troubleshooting.
• Good soft skills for effective communication with users.
