About the position

The Operations HR Manager at Consumer Support Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational processes within the HR department. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, managing human resources, and driving performance improvements across multiple county offices in Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to align operations with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Policy and Procedure Committee to draft proposals for new policies/procedures and revisions to current policies/procedures.
  • Oversee operations within the CSS HR Department to ensure compliance with county, state, and federal requirements.
  • Manage continuous enhancements to HR processes and train HR Coordinators for compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the implementation of CSS training curriculum.
  • Train, develop, and mentor all CSS Human Resource Coordinators.
  • Act as a mediator for employment-related issues, including conflict resolution and internal investigations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an operations HR role.
  • Strong background in FMLA, reasonable accommodations, and essential functions.
  • Experience with DODD rules and regulations.
