About the position

The Operations HR Manager will oversee and enhance operational processes within the organization, ensuring efficient operations and effective human resource management. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to align operations with the company's strategic goals, while also managing compliance with various policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Policy and Procedure Committee to draft proposals for new policies/procedures and revisions to current policies/procedures.
• Oversee operations within the CSS HR Department in all counties to ensure compliance with county, state, and federal requirements.
• Manage continuous enhancements to HR processes and train HR Coordinators to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee implementation of CSS training curriculum.
• Train, develop, and mentor all CSS Human Resource Coordinators.
• Act as a mediator for employment-related issues, including conflict resolution and internal investigations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an operations HR role.
• Strong background in FMLA, reasonable accommodations, and essential functions.
• Experience with DODD rules and regulations.
