About the position

The Operations Lead at Saks OFF 5TH is responsible for supporting the selling and service processes within the store, guiding the team to achieve sales goals and execute company initiatives. This role involves providing feedback to management on associate performance, training staff on various processes, and overseeing daily operational functions, including store opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the selling and service processes by providing direction to the team.
• Provide feedback to the store's management team on associate performance and concerns.
• Support training of associates on processes, standards, tasks, and product knowledge.
• Be responsible for store opening and closing functions and the daily operational functions of the store.
• Oversee the operational store reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train and develop associates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
