Audicus is a health-tech company based in New York City, revolutionizing the hearing aid industry with a leading telehealth solution that enhances the hearing care experience for both consumers and providers. The Operations and Logistics Analyst role is a multifaceted position that combines operations, data analytics, internal strategy, and business planning, all of which are crucial for the success of Audicus. This role is ideal for an energetic self-starter eager to join a fast-growing startup and play a significant part in the company's development while expanding their skills across various disciplines. In this position, you will directly support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in executing strategic initiatives and new business ventures, providing essential support and problem-solving capabilities. A key aspect of your role will involve upgrading or developing and implementing Audicus's quality assurance policies and standard operating procedures. You will collaborate closely with teams across sales, marketing, business development, customer experience, general administration, and management to ensure that all departments have the necessary tools and information to facilitate business growth. Your responsibilities will include understanding multiple interconnected systems to identify improvements and new opportunities, working alongside division heads to implement new features, and training staff on new processes. You will become a product expert, generating training documents and resources for both internal and external use. Additionally, you will evaluate newly released products in the hearing loss space and provide expertise and oversight for compliance with internal policies and regulatory processes. Partnering with management, you will lead quality initiatives aimed at developing and maintaining a high-performing, scalable, and compliant quality system. Tracking quality KPIs, analyzing data, and providing key insights to operations, sales, and marketing teams will be essential to help identify issues, inform decisions, create learnings, and drive change.

Responsibilities

  • Understand multiple interconnected systems and identify improvements and new opportunities.
  • Work alongside division heads to implement new features and train staff on new processes.
  • Become a product expert and generate training documents and websites for internal and external use.
  • Evaluate newly released products in the hearing loss space.
  • Provide expertise and oversight for compliance with internal policies, regulatory processes and/or governmental regulations.
  • Partner with management to lead quality initiatives that develop and maintain a high performing, scalable, and compliant quality system.
  • Track quality KPIs, analyze data and provide key insights to operations, sales, and marketing teams to help identify issues, inform decisions, create learnings and drive change.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
